Hello,

We had a wonderful birthday with Chloe yesterday. My mom took her for most of the day and was so excited! She takes Chloe a lot, but really wanted to spend her birthday with her. She took Chloe to Toys R Us and let her pick out her birthday presents! Let me tell you, Chloe made out like a bandit!

I also wanted to update everyone on our grandpa. It was decided that he will be going home with hospice. We are all very sad that this is likely the end of the road. One of his doctors sat with him for a couple hours yesterday and listened while my grandpa told him about his life and each of his 8 children….he has lived an amazing life. My grandpa is a very-loved man….we visited him last night and at one point, there were 13 of us in his hospital room! It amazing to be supported by such a big and wonderful family during times like this.
