Round 5 Day 4

Hi All!

Things here are going really well! Busy, but well. Nicole was able to get on her flight to Hawaii so we proceeded with “Plan A” and I took Ms. Chloe to Tucson on Thursday. Letting the baby go was EXTREMELY difficult for her, which is understandable because she is the cutest baby in the whole world! I’m allowed to brag, right?

Treatment went well and all was smooth in Tucson. Mom loved being able to spend Wednesday evening with Dad and it is always nice to see Nancy at Casa Luna B&B. Chloe was thrilled to see Ardie and Paola – which is a joy for anyone, 8 week olds are no exception!

Mom is feeling better on this “Day 4” than she has during any other round. We love hearing this because these few days are normally pretty rough. She has been up and about most of the day (which is good for me b/c she’s my babysitting partner!) but is still bummed to be watching the ASU game on TV when Pete and Dad are there. We all have high hopes that she will feeling well enough in just a few months to do whatever she wants, when she wants!
