Stanley Orville Bootz 1929-2009

With great sadness, we announce that our grandpa, my mom’s father, passed away at midnight last night. It was a very long road, but in the end, he was at peace. As he took his final breath, there were 23 of us at his bedside….an amazing tribute to the life he lived and the love he gave. Our grandpa was an amazing man who will be missed.

Services will be held on Wednesday, February 11, 2009 at St. Thomas Church (24th Street and Campbell). The Viewing will be at 9:30 am and the Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 am.

Following the Mass we will go to St. Francis Cemetery at 48th St and Virgina. The Reception will be held at Donna Bootz’s house at 3128 E. Montecito Phoenix, Arizona 85016.
