Super Woman!!!!!

MOM IS DONE WITH IP CHEMO!!!!! Her CA 125 is 13!!!!

I just got off the phone with her and she is overjoyed! We both cried! Dr. Chambers gave her the option of doing a year-long maintenance program that consists of a low-dose iv Taxol, once a month. Mom will do this program for good measure. She will also get scans done in 3 weeks at St. Joe’s…hopefully they just confirm what Dr. Chambers is thinking! What a relief this is!

Dr. Chambers told my mom that her strength is amazing and that it is incredible that she could handle all this chemo for the past 6 months without complaining once! She is the most amazing and brave woman in the world! She is Super Woman! Of course, I had to re-post this picture taken before her first doctors appointment in Tucson 6 months ago!

Mom said she will write a blog tonight. She and Michelle are in Tucson for this LAST round of IP Chemo.

Thank you, God! And, thank you everyone for your love, support and prayers. They mean everything. Please pray for her continued recovery!
