Dear Friends:

I have been terribly remiss about keeping up with the blog! I am going through so many changes again, I feel like I can’t get my arms around all the emotions I have. Which has made me feel like I am in concrete, hence, ignoring my own feelings, emotions and the blog.

First of all, going through surgical menopause was a shocker! Literally! Shocked with the immediate (when I work up from surgery) response of hot flashes and night sweats. Then going straight into chemotherapy didn’t help at all. Obviously, there were a lot of ups and downs along the way, but because of the support of family and friends I believe I fared very well through the process.
