Back to Phoenix!

Hello!
We will be coming back to Phoenix today. Our mom is doing great! She is finally able to eat soft food and is walking better and better. We are so proud!

My parents will be staying at our condo (44th street and Thomas) at Arcadia Grove because their kitchen flooded while we were away and caused a little mold problem. My poor dad had to go home yesterday to help take care of it. They are going to have to tear a large part of the kitchen out and replace it. I know there are a lot of people who want to see my mom when she gets back to Phoenix and you are all welcome at the Cundiff house. Please call me if you want directions at 214-636-1246.

Yesterday was pretty cool….my mom got a personal letter from Lute Olson wishing her well! She cried when she read it and was thrilled to receive such a nice surprise!

We also learned that the same woman who delivered 4 babies without any pain medication decided to have a 6-hour surgery without an epidural! She is one tough cookie!

Thank you so much to the entire UMC staff for taking such great care of our mom! We especially thank Dr. Chambers, Dr. Alberts, Esper, Linda, Pamela, Crystal, Jan, Ardie and Paola.
